A Video Clip That Caught My Attention To

Can I Still Eat This?

An estimated 133 billion pounds of food gets thrown into the trash every year in the United States, so understanding when your food goes bad is important to help reduce waste. Unfortunately, consumers can’t just check the expiration date on the packaging, because the listed date rarely coincides with when the food actually spoils. So how can you tell if your food is still safe to eat? This week, Reactions talks food expiration date misconceptions and gives you some guidelines to answer that age-old question: Can I still eat this?

I have learned that:

  • People waste food that they think has gone bad but the food can still be eaten.
  • The brown color stuff on bananas is not mold and can be eaten.
  • Overripe fruit does not look as good but can still be eaten.

About Me (I)

Hello, my name is Goh Jing Feng and I come from Bukit Panjang Primary School. My favorite hobby is collecting plush toys to add in my room.

Despite my bigger-than-average size,I prefer the outdoors and soccer is my favorite as it requires the skills and techniques to dribble the ball and score a goal.

However, besides that, I also like to play computer games at home. I also go for courses outside like easy computing and cooking courses.

Until now, you may think that I'm an extrovert and talking like this is my style. But, I am more like an introvert. Yes, I like talking to people and I like to play. However, I keep my thoughts more to myself.

Thank you for your time.
